About the position

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team who is experienced in recruiting and employee onboarding. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified candidates who possess the necessary skills and experience to contribute to our organization's success. Your role will involve talent acquisition and relationship management. You will utilize various recruitment platforms, such as job boards and social media, to source potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions, while maintaining accurate candidate records in our HRIS system. Building and maintaining relationships with managers and supervisors in the plant is crucial, as is providing guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruitment platforms, such as job boards and social media, to source potential candidates

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in recruiting and employee onboarding
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Strong relationship management abilities to build rapport with candidates and maintain positive relationships
