About The Position

The Bilingual Recruiter at Masis Staffing is responsible for achieving staffing objectives for clients by consulting on recruiting requirements and developing candidate databases. This role involves overseeing the entire recruiting process, managing employee relations, and ensuring that hiring requirements are met while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 1-year of recruiting staffing experience required
• Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner
• Strong recruiting and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Spanish/English Bilingual required
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve staffing objectives of clients by consulting on recruiting requirements and developing candidate databases.
• Oversee and assist in the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process.
• Ensure client's hiring requirements are being met.
• Handle employee relations and counsel temporary associates when needed.
• Manage the attendance of workers.
• Establish a good working relationship with multiple contacts within the client, including HR, Production, and facilities.
• Manage any/all internal employees that may be placed on-site as needed.
• On-board and discuss protocols of new temporary employees.
• Assist in managing the timecard process.
• Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
