About the position

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English-Spanish) to join our team at On Site Personnel in Groveport, OH. The ideal candidate will have full recruiting experience, encompassing all aspects from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional employees. This role requires a proactive approach to identify future hiring needs in collaboration with department managers. The successful recruiter will utilize various sources, including social media networks and employee referrals, to attract candidates effectively. The responsibilities of the Recruiter include designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy, developing and updating job descriptions and specifications, and performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. The recruiter will prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges. Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases and social media will be essential, as well as screening resumes and job applications. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule is a key responsibility. Additionally, the recruiter will assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, onboard new employees to ensure they are fully integrated, and monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team and acting as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process are also crucial. Ultimately, the recruiter will promote the company's reputation as the “best place to work.”

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check).
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
