About the position

We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Onboarding Specialist to join our team at HKA Enterprises! As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for entering specific employee data into our recruiting databases. This role is crucial in managing data and keeping it organized to ensure that payroll can be processed properly and efficiently. Your main goal will be to keep data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time, which is essential for the smooth operation of our recruiting processes. In this position, you will type in data provided directly from our recruiters, clients, or personnel. You will create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures, ensuring that there are no mistakes. Verifying data by comparing it to source documents is a key responsibility, as is updating existing data to reflect any changes. Additionally, you will retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, which requires a good understanding of how to navigate and utilize our systems effectively. This is a full-time direct hire position that requires bilingual capabilities, as effective communication in both English and another language is essential for this role. You will be working onsite in Duncan, SC, and will play a vital role in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Data Entry Experience.
  • 1 Year of Applicant Tracking System Experience.
  • 2 years of Onboarding Experience required.
  • Bilingual required.
  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
