About the position

The Bilingual Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist at Anchor Ingredients Co LLC is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive recruitment and onboarding processes. This role aims to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers, focusing on creating effective strategies to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage job requisitions
  • Evaluate resumes
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews
  • Create offer letters and negotiate salaries under the hiring manager's direction
  • Perform pre-employment checks
  • Develop policies and strategies for talent attraction
  • Utilize various channels to source candidates including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs in line with staffing budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with applicants and former employees
  • Research trends in talent acquisition to refine processes
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding
  • Introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires throughout the onboarding process
  • Process all new hire paperwork in the HRIS platform
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding material including uniforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
