This position is essential in assisting the Direct Sales and Marketing Professionals in their marketing efforts and communication with potential buyers. The specialist will act as a liaison between consumers and the company, helping to market company assets effectively. A key responsibility includes converting leads generated from various marketing efforts into prospective home buyers, which involves scheduling home viewings and responding to inquiries through live chat on the company website. The role requires diligent follow-up on all leads and viewings, ensuring effective communication with both external and internal customers. The specialist will also be responsible for executing error-free data entry and promoting teamwork and success within the department. Upholding the company's image through professional service and actions is paramount, and the specialist may be assigned additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Direct Sales and Marketing Professionals in marketing and communication efforts regarding Vanderbilt repossessed homes.
  • Act as a liaison between consumers and the company.
  • Assist in the marketing of company assets.
  • Convert leads generated from various marketing efforts to prospective home buyers.
  • Schedule home viewings for interested consumers.
  • Respond to all Live Chats initiated through the company website.
  • Follow up on all leads and viewings to ensure effective communication.
  • Communicate with external customers as well as internal customers.
  • Execute error-free data entry skills.
  • Promote teamwork and success for the department/company.
  • Promote the company image through professional service and actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit great interpersonal skills and effective persuasive skills.
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must be goal-driven.
