The Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC) at Mobily is a customer-focused role that emphasizes providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet the needs of individuals, families, and businesses. The BRSC will represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and assist in store operations while achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
