About the position

Mobily is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC) to join their team. This role offers unlimited earning potential through lucrative commission plans and provides a defined career path for upward mobility into leadership positions. The BRSC will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and representing the AT&T brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to additional bonus payments.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.

Nice-to-haves

• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
