About the position

Xcell Communications, a Metro by T-Mobile Dealer, is seeking highly motivated bilingual sales associates to join their team. The role involves assisting customers, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a positive store environment. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, and possess a passion for learning about Metro By T-Mobile products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and provide information on pricing and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and merchandising products.
• Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers effectively.
• Demonstrate products to customers and upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
• Direct sales or relevant experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and a positive attitude
• Basic computer proficiency
• Multitasking and interpersonal skills.
