About the position

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) at Mobilelink is responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of a designated store location. This role involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational standards. The RSM will also be involved in training staff, managing inventory, and collaborating with district management to implement new products and services. This position offers significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

  • Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills by inspiring, engaging, and motivating the team to succeed.
  • Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
  • Educate personnel on the compensation plan and ensure employees know how to maximize sales.
  • Partner with the District Manager to successfully launch new products, services, or processes.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on new products and promotions.
  • Assist in internal investigations with Human Resources and Loss Prevention.
  • Provide coaching and development support on the sales floor.
  • Schedule and staff to budgeted hours as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Adhere to compliance, processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all communications.
  • Ensure timely completion of required training within the store.
  • Protect company assets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
  • Two years of experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
  • Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer and wireless equipment.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
