The Bilingual Retail Store Manager will oversee the sales operations in a retail environment, focusing on selling wireless phones, service plans, and accessories. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. The manager will lead a high-energy sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through effective sales strategies and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers.
- Strive to retain and gain customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store appearance and pricing.
- Provide consistently outstanding customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
- Offer and close phone sales, accessories, insurance, etc.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate product features.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Upselling and cross-selling experience.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills.

- Multilingual skills, especially in Spanish.
