About the position

The Retail Sales Consultant position at AT&T focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Responsibilities

  • Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets using AT&T's full suite of products.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
  • Engage with the community through events and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are preferred for the sign-on bonus eligibility.
