Mobilelink is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves selling wireless phones, services, and accessories while providing exceptional customer service. The position offers opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding national team and requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance.
• Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of retail experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in cash handling.
• Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
