• Calling Prospects: Use our database to reach out to potential clients, explain our unique electrostimulation concept, and encourage them to book a trial session.
• Follow-up with Prospects: Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Managing Active Clients: Contact existing clients to schedule their regular sessions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs.
• Utilize call center software to assist customers promptly.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements
