Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Bilingual Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Orlando, FL. This position is a temporary to hire opportunity, which means that successful candidates may have the chance to transition into a permanent role after demonstrating their capabilities. The Bilingual Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting both sales and marketing activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both English and Spanish, allowing for effective communication with a diverse clientele and team members. In this role, the coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include general receptionist activities such as answering phones, distributing calls, and managing faxes. Additionally, the coordinator will handle filing and data entry tasks to maintain organized records. A significant part of the job involves supporting the direct sales staff by administering new machine order documents and coordinating order activities with the corporate office. The coordinator will also accept and enter spare part orders received via phone, fax, email, or the eStore, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and promptly. Marketing activities will also be a key component of this position. The coordinator will assist in creating literature packs and media kits, support direct mail campaigns, and manage lead book entries from trade shows, website inquiries, and call-ins. Updating the Goldmine lead database is essential for tracking potential customers and leads. Furthermore, the coordinator will provide support for trade shows, including managing literature and black box displays, scheduling training sessions, and handling travel requests for the sales team. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
