Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently according to cash control procedures.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean and organized.
• Secure all company assets under one's control.
• Collaborate with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social and communication skills to make customers feel welcome.
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing/walking for the entire shift.
