Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and responding to their questions about products and services.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions.
• Achieving established sales goals and increasing in-store sales.
• Cross-selling products to enhance customer purchase amounts.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Training and building team engagement with employees.
• Handling customer complaints and turning frustrated customers into satisfied ones.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail sales experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and write.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cellphone sales (1 year preferred).
• Experience in cash handling (1 year preferred).
