About the position

The Bilingual Sales Associate at ACE Cash Express is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling financial products and services. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a secure and efficient transaction process. Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services
• Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain store security and ensure a safe environment
• Provide card services and process transactions
• Handle MoneyGram transactions and complete bill pay transactions
• Cash checks and manage cash handling procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of cash handling experience
• 6-12 months of retail experience
• 6-12 months of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive, customer service-driven attitude
• Availability to work 3-4 days per week for 10-12 hour shifts
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
