The Bilingual Sales Consultant at Drive N-Motion is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the car-buying process. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Guide clients through the car-buying process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Develop expertise in various vehicle makes, models, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and present financing options for used vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers and respond to inquiries via email, voicemail, and text.
• Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive or customer service.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Basic computer skills, including email and internet proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales.
• Knowledge of the car industry is helpful but not required.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily.
