About the position

The Bilingual Sales Development Representative at Emarsys is responsible for identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and following up on sales opportunities. This role involves building relationships with potential clients through strategic conversations, primarily over the phone and via email, to generate leads and manage the sales pipeline. The representative will utilize Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting, while adhering to the established sales process and engaging with management and staff throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, nurture and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships via email and phone to generate appointments and leads.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with influencers and decision makers about their marketing issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
  • Follow the established sales process and engage management and staff in the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Up to two years of experience in a similar sales role with a successful track record.
  • Experience in a selling environment with significant outbound activity.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to learn and succeed in a high-earning software sales environment.
  • Recent experience in software technology, marketing automation, or CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical ability to understand presentations and demos.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with eBusiness concepts.
  • Understanding of business processes.
