About the position

The Bilingual Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process for the Latin America market at GRUBBRR. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that encompass lead generation, conducting presentations, managing contracts, and overseeing product deployments. The representative will be tasked with sourcing new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts, which includes identifying trends and creating effective strategies to develop these opportunities. A deep understanding of customer needs and requirements is essential, as the representative will utilize creative strategies and innovative techniques to articulate business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to successfully close sales opportunities. In addition to prospecting, the representative will be responsible for researching accounts and diligently following through on leads. Accurate documentation and management of all sales activities within the company's CRM system, Salesforce, is a critical aspect of this role. The representative will also need to identify decision-makers within potential client organizations, qualify their needs, present relevant value propositions, and effectively overcome any barriers to sales. Building customer satisfaction, generating referrals, strengthening brand identity, and fostering customer loyalty through positive interactions with prospects and customers are also key responsibilities of this position. Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts
  • Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities
  • Research accounts and follow-through on leads
  • Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers
  • Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Desire to learn from senior level sales executives
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Spanish Speaking is preferred
