About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless is responsible for selling wireless products and services while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting no-contract wireless solutions. The representative will work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and will be accountable for cash management and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment
• Hold events in the store to ensure daily sales goals are being met
• Communicate with Store manager effectively
• Manage cash accountability and transactions
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
• Assist with inventory maintenance

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of retail experience in sales or customer service
• 1 year of cash handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sales systems
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice-to-haves

• Prior wireless experience
• Experience in a quota-driven sales environment
