About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless is responsible for selling no-contract wireless products and services while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role requires engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find suitable solutions. The representative will also participate in promotional events and maintain store operations, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment.
• Hold events in the store to ensure daily sales goals are being met.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
• Manage cash accountability and transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
• Fluent in Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• At least one year of retail experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Proficient use of PC software, particularly MS Office and point of sales systems.
