About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless is responsible for selling no-contract wireless products and providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products effectively while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment
• Hold events in the store to ensure daily sales goals are being met
• Communicate with Store manager effectively
• Manage cash accountability
• Work flexible hours at short notice

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Sales experience
• Customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform product demonstrations
• Computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods

Nice-to-haves

• At least one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
• Fluent Spanish speaker
• One or more years of sales experience in a quota-driven environment
• Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) and point of sales system
