About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless is responsible for selling no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them discover suitable products. The representative will also participate in promotional events and maintain store operations, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures and maintain store appearance
• Hold events in the store to ensure daily sales goals are being met
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager
• Manage cash accountability and transactions
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with inventory maintenance

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to operate personal computers and wireless equipment

Nice-to-haves

• Prior wireless experience
• Experience in a quota-driven sales environment
