About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless is responsible for selling no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment. This role requires engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find suitable products. The representative will also participate in promotional events and maintain store operations, contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding service, striving to retain and gain customers
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures and maintain store appearance
• Hold events in the store to ensure daily sales goals are being met
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager
• Manage cash accountability
• Work flexible hours at short notice

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Basic math skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice-to-haves

• At least one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in a quota-driven sales environment
• Proficient use of point of sales systems
