About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at TCC Wireless T-Mobile is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. This part-time role focuses on acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, and identifying revenue opportunities while maintaining high-quality service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by greeting customers in-store and answering phones.
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing accounts.
• Identify revenue opportunities and excel in quality metrics.
• Build relationships with TCC Wireless employees and customers across all business channels.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail facility.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
• Customer service experience, preferably 1 year.
• Basic math skills and retail math knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
