About the position

As a Bilingual Sales Representative at Cricket Wireless, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while selling wireless phones, services, and accessories. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the team and engage with customers both in-store and in the community, focusing on building customer loyalty through outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance.
• Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service.
• Minimum of one year of experience in cash handling.
• Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
