The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, and involves working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Clear communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location is necessary.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and have flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
