About the position

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team and help drive the sales of high-quality construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess a strong knowledge of the construction industry. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for taking high-quality photos of machinery and equipment for marketing and sales purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities, and generate leads in the construction equipment market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Present and explain construction equipment, demonstrating how it meets client needs and specifications.
  • Close sales deals and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Take clear, high-quality photos of construction machinery and equipment for online listings, marketing materials, and client presentations.
  • Monitor competitors and stay up to date on market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that after-sale service and support is provided to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, inventory management, and photographic content.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment or related industry.
  • Basic experience in taking professional-quality photos, with attention to detail and the ability to showcase equipment features.
  • Understanding of the construction equipment market and related products.
  • Ability to communicate complex product details clearly and persuasively to diverse customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Familiar with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and photo editing tools.

  • Experience working with Spanish-speaking customers in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with diverse clients and understand their needs.
