About the position

The Bilingual Sales Representative at Mobilelink is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet the needs of customers. This role offers unlimited earning potential through commission and a defined career path for upward mobility into leadership positions. The representative will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers and supporting store operations while representing the Cricket brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent the company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
