About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Bilingual Social Media / Content Creator to manage and enhance our online presence across various platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, overseeing production processes, and ensuring a consistent brand voice in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends and a strong understanding of content production.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create and post daily content to engage the audience.
• Design a comprehensive content calendar for consistent online presence.
• Oversee content production from concept development to execution and upload.
• Create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and ensure content accuracy.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using design tools.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of content production processes.
• Passion for creating engaging content and staying updated with social media trends.
• Excellent writing skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar tools for research and collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using Adobe Illustrator or other design software.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices.
• Strong research skills to gather information from reliable sources.
