About the position

As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy practices while helping clients reduce their energy costs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and outside sales efforts.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress effectively.
• Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the solar market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in outside sales techniques, including door-to-door strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous for managing client relationships.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
