About the position

The Bilingual (Spanish) Call Center-Member Service Representative I or II position at Ent Credit Union focuses on providing exceptional service to members through accurate information delivery and cross-selling of products. This role requires a commitment to understanding and adhering to credit union policies while ensuring member satisfaction. The position involves mandatory training and offers opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding member inquiries via incoming calls.
  • Cross-sell and educate members on Credit Union products and services.
  • Process member requests and update the database with changes.
  • Verify member identities to minimize fraudulent activity.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate area.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to meet member needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and quality control sessions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • 6+ months experience in customer service for MSR I; 1+ years for MSR II.
  • Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of banking/credit union products and services.
