About the position

The Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative (CSR) role focuses on handling inbound collections calls for a law firm. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English, along with prior experience in call center or customer service environments. The role is primarily in-office in Houston, Texas, and has the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent position based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls to collect outstanding monies
  • Review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create resolution requests
  • Escalate debtor disputes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (5 years of experience required)
  • Customer Service experience (2 years required)
  • Basic Computer Skills (2 years required)
  • Call Center Support experience (1 year required)
  • Collections experience (2 years preferred)
  • Inbound Calls experience (1 year required)
