About the position
We are looking for experienced Bilingual Call Center Collections Representatives fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Houston. This in-office role involves handling inbound calls related to collections for a law firm, requiring prior call center or customer service experience, along with essential software and computer skills. The position is temporary with the potential to become permanent based on attendance and performance.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls to collect outstanding monies
- Review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create resolution requests
- Escalate debtor disputes
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year of call center support experience
- 1 year of experience handling inbound calls
- 5 years of Spanish language experience
- Basic software skills (2 years of experience required)
- Active listening skills
- Typing skills
- Telephone etiquette
Nice-to-haves
- 2 years of collections experience
