About the position

The Bilingual Spanish Inbound Call Center Sales Representative at AT&T is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to business customers. This role involves addressing inquiries related to products and services, troubleshooting issues, and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The representative will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and systems to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist business customers with requests, questions, and inquiries on all products and services offered.
• Provide effective and timely resolutions for customer issues and deliver personalized recommendations.
• Engage with Tier 3 support and third-party vendors to address service faults and provide customer resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues related to voice and data services.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts using various systems and tools.
• Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of AT&T's products and services.
• Handle inquiries related to billing, service activations, and adjustments.
• Support end users in areas such as billing and equipment, and process credit applications.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Call center or customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use various tools and systems for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Advanced typing/keyboarding skills preferred.
