The Bilingual Spanish - Part Time Teller at PNC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and performing high-volume banking transactions. This role focuses on improving customer financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and identifying banking opportunities through meaningful customer interactions. The position is based in Crest Hill, IL, and requires strong customer relationship skills to educate customers on banking products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and perform high-volume banking transactions.
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Leverage technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on managing financial transactions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience is not required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
