About the position

The Bilingual (Spanish) Project Coordinator Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the successful opening of new retail locations. This position involves coordinating multiple installations of fixtures, equipment, and signage, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support project timelines and budgets, including creating project plans and communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requests for installer bids and analyze submittals for review with leadership.
  • Support pre-opening preparations by reviewing fixture plans and ensuring all fixtures are ordered.
  • Issue plans to installers for scheduled installations and review site conditions for any municipal constraints.
  • Partner with logistics vendors to ensure on-time delivery of fixtures, equipment, and signage.
  • Support the creation and update of field-facing conference calls and create new store survey questions for touch-base calls.
  • Support process improvement activities and code financial invoices.
  • Oversee and support the new store kits, including partner follow-up and packing.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • 3 years of project coordination experience is required.
  • Experience in a retail setting is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Customer focus and teamwork skills.
