• Onboard new employees and help them integrate smoothly
• Conduct client visits to maintain strong relationships

Requirements

• Experience with recruitment processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bilingual skills (Spanish)
• A willingness to learn and grow
