About the position

The Bilingual Retail Sales Associate at Cricket Wireless is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored wireless solutions. The Sales Advocate will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by listening to customer needs and recommending the right products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including sales of mobile phones, accessories, and service plans.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Cricket Wireless products, promotions, and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
• Work closely with your team to ensure store goals are met and assist in creating a positive work environment.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and exceptional service that turns one-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or commission-based sales is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers find solutions.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Comfort with mobile devices and technology to assist customers in choosing the right products and services.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
