Responsibilities

  • Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise.
  • Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
  • Engage with the community through events and outreach activities.
  • Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
