Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor using a consultative sales approach.
• Guide customers through product options and provide personalized sales expertise.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commissions.
• Participate in community events and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
