Responsibilities
- Connect customers to their next solution by simplifying and enhancing the AT&T experience.
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and maintain excellent customer experience.
- Dedication to going above and beyond for customers.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful.
