About the position

As a Sales Consultant at Mattress Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers while helping them find their perfect mattress using our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system. Responsibilities

• Utilize the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to assist customers in finding their ideal mattress based on personalized recommendations.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on educating customers about sleep solutions.
• Meet and interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process.
• Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Reset the showroom floor as needed to maintain an appealing shopping environment.

Requirements

• High motivation and a successful track record in retail sales.
• Ability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and most holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, particularly in the bedding or furniture industry.
