The agent will engage with clients, provide insurance quotes, and sell personal lines products while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance auto quotes using Veronica's comparative rater.
• Offer and sell personal lines products using a consultative sales approach.
• Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and effectively close other lines of insurance.
• Provide an industry-leading phone experience to create loyal customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance services.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed individual, team, and company goals monthly.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls to quoted customers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 1 year of sales experience (required).
• 1 year of customer service experience (required).
• Possess a Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License, or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with new people in person.

Nice-to-haves

• Sales experience in insurance or related fields is preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
