Responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes for auto, home, life, commercial, and health insurance.
• Call prospective outbound leads and manage a pipeline of referrals and potential clients.
• Perform cold calling to new and current prospects.
• Answer insurance questions about our services.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed individual, team, and company goals monthly.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls to quoted customers.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Possess a valid Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines license, or be willing to obtain it within 30 days.

Nice-to-haves
