About the position

The Bilingual Spanish T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager at Connectivity Source is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented and aspire to advance to a Store Manager role. The Retail Assistant Manager will lead by example, support team members, and ensure a positive customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct administrative duties at the store.
• Keep all promotions and pricing provided to our sales teams up to date on a daily basis.
• Maintain the facilities for audit compliance.
• Assist Store Leader in executing initiatives related to sales, service, and customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to observe and coach all employees as needed.

Requirements

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
