About the position
As a Full Time Teller at PNC's Retail Branch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and performing high-volume banking transactions. This position focuses on educating customers about banking products and technology while fostering strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and financial wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
- Process a variety of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Educate customers on available financial alternatives and technology.
- Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
- Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior banking experience is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
