About the position

The Bilingual Spanish Total Wireless Consultant at Victra is responsible for providing world-class service to guests while connecting them with wireless products and services. This role involves sales processes, product knowledge sharing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The consultant will be the face of Victra and Total by Verizon, with opportunities for unlimited earnings and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals bi-weekly as set by the store manager
• Represent Victra and Total by Verizon positively while providing excellent customer service
• Review promotions/plans/devices daily
• Make daily outbound calls/texts to drive sales using various platforms
• Attend weekly/monthly training sessions
• Create a top-notch business environment through cleanliness, marketing, and organization
• Handle all customer service interactions with courtesy and professionalism
• Maintain white glove cleanliness standards as they change
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods
